Cavaliere's Bakery Cafes - Santa Rosa

Their baked goods are ok. They are certainly not a top notch bakery but definitely adequate. The problem is they don’t attend the front counter well. You have to budget a lot of time when you go in. It can take 15 minutes before you even see someone who works there. This was the third time in a row I have waited 5 minutes and left with no product and never saw anyone who works there. I won’t be going back I recommend you don’t go either.

Been a few times . Everything is so good. Sacher tort was amazing, chocolate ganache with raspberry!!! Beehive cake was great and amazing pastries.

Always fresh ingredients and excellent recipes. The cakes are simple, but very flavored and tasty. I think it is not worse than Shubert in San Francisco that is considered to be the top. I am surprised people give only 4 stars to Cavaliere's?!

Really good bakery, right next to my favorite gun store. They sell out of my chocolate croissants pretty quick, but I guess that’s a good thing haha

We have been ordering cakes from here for as long as they have been open. Even to this day we get our cakes here when we can and we’ve lived in Tucson, Arizona for 20 years now. Nowhere can I get a pink champagne or a princess torte that is as good as the ones from Cavelers. I am coming into California for a birthday this week and ordering one of each of our favorites listed above that my niece will pick up and deliver. I have even had 1 cake I flew back to Tucson that is how good they are. We have also had the Beehive, Fruit basket and others. We are always pleased. Keep up the good work. The Smith family lives you!!
