Food was tasty. This location is pretty good, not too crowded, service was fast, they got the order right. But, I may sound like a tightwad, they're kind of pricey for fast food. $40+ for a chicken sandwich and a couple of hamburgers and a large root beer? Oh well I guess I could have slaughtered my own cow and made my own but still. Freaking inflation or whatever sucks. View all feedback.
What james g doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
Ordered 5 items and got home to realize one sandwich was wrong. Drove the 10 minutes back to show them they gave me the wrong sandwich. The manager got me the correct sandwich with a “here you go”. No acknowledgment they made a mistake, no mention of sorry of the inconvenience, no “let me make this up to you”. This restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible, and the dining area is easy to navigate for those using wheelchairs. I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no wait to place my order, and my food arrived promptly. Nothing in particular stood out to me, except that the fries were extremely salty, almost to the point of being overwhelming. Overall, it was a pretty average fast food experience. Perhaps I should have opted for the drive-thru; at least then I wouldn't have had to get my soda myself!
Fast service and our order was accurate. When you're taking dinner home that's more than an hour away, getting it right is crucial. Thanks!
Okay food, nothing to write home about, but they still have the best burgers of a nationwide fast food joint. Their spicy chicken sandwich is still a decent deal ????
The manager was terrible. If you encounter him, expect your meal to be unpleasant. The burger lacked any seasoning, and the drinks machine was not working.
