Apparently the lomo ancho and the roast beef use the same exact meat which I figured out only after they brought me the roast beef accidentally. Not a big deal... read more Apparently the lomo ancho and the roast beef use the same exact meat which I figured out only after they brought me the roast beef accidentally. Not a big deal in and of itself if wasn’t for the fact that it was obvious that they just replated the cold roast beef into some mashed potatoes. This meat was over cooked, chewy, and cold. They only charged me for the roast beef appetizer (32k vs. 42k) but I expected more from their signature meat dish. Edit: The owners response makes the situation much worse. I was not confused by the menu, otherwise I would not have asked them change my meal since I realized it was the wrong plate. The point is that they just took the roast beef I had asked to be replaced and put it on a new plate with some potatoes and told me it was the lomo. They did not cook me the actual meal. That’s why it was cold. I realize only after the response how horrendous this is because I specifically got up from the table, walked up to the waiter, asked him if the meat from the roast beef and the lomo was the same, and if he just gave me the same meat, and he said yes. I will not be returned here.
