On Sunday, 7/16, around 1:00 pm, I called the restaurant to reserve a chicken to pick up at 1:30 pm. I arrived at the place to pick up the chicken at 1:20 pm, after 15 minutes I managed to pay at the counter and only managed to get the chicken at 2:10 pm. I was with my small son in the car while my husband was outside the queue, in complete disorganization. If I knew it was going to take that long, I wouldn't even waste my time waiting for a chicken that wasn't even tasty. IT'S NOT WORTH THE WAIT TIME. It's disrespectful to customers. NEVER! It doesn't make sense to call and ask to make a reservation to get up at a certain time and when we get there, we have to face a huge queue. Before the refurbishment the disorganization was the same, we ate there once and they took a long time to bring us food and drinks. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Os meus secretos estavam muito bons, o atendimento foi prestável, mas no fim veio o pior. Eu tinha intenção de pedir um molotof para sobremesa, mas alguém se antecipou... a bandeja foi até ao balcão, onde foi retirada a dose e o resto... ficou ali. Junto às pessoas que entravam e que ficavam literalmente em cima da sobremesa a falar... esteve ali mais de meia hora. Molotof com gafalhotos, até pode ter mais proteína, mas eu dispenso. (é de acrescentar que, quando na minha mesa pediram um semi-frio, foi para o balcão e teve o mesmo tratamento...) NÃO COMAM SOBREMESAS ALI!

É um espaço que tem o "normal" frango assado, mas tambem tem diáriamente diversos pratos já confecionados e tudo funciona ou para o Restaurante e Esplanada ou para levar para casa; a oferta diária é diversificada e uma dose dá para 2 pessoas, é uma referência local para utilizar sempre que necessário

Este é um restaurante que comecei a frequentar à pouco tempo e está sempre cheio de clientes que comprovam a sua excelente qualidade. Uma grande variedade de pratos em quantidade, qualidade e preço. E quase imbatível nesta zona
