What User doesn't like about La Casa de Las Tlayudas:
View all feedback.
Yum yum yum! We are here twice during our stay and both times I got a Tlayudas first night of arrival I got the Tlayudas chorizo like my husband. It was so good to add onions and peppers with sauces. The next...Visit was when we returned later as usual from a trip and I got the Tlayudas Tasajo even better with this Oaxaca cheese so well my husband got a hamburger he was sad too good! This restaurant was right next to our hotel and the church on the Zocalo.
This restaurant is located directly on the zoo. We had a night trying the Oaxacan specialty Tlyadudas. This was not our first time to eat Tlyadudas, but it was the best we had so far. We think they need a little spicing up, but in Mexico you are always offered to heat up your dishes. Overall a good meal.
Love this place! Right on the main street and Plaza, so great people watch! Every time we eat there, there was a gentleman playing beautiful music on a keyboard on the terrace love that!! Prices are amazing and food/wine are wonderful!
The best part about this place is the friendly service. The food was decidedly mediocre, and one dish was inedible, but the prices are reasonable and the portions (except for the most expensive meal) were decent.
