What Alfonso L doesn't like about 400 Gradi Pizzeria Contemporanea:
The service is from ten: the pizza arrived twice with technical errors on the burning flour below was promptly remade. Impasto not lie to the rule of art. Skirt can be avoided with more shortness! Unfortunately, large numbers are not well managed. Quality products but not treated to the rule of art. Everything can be improved with greater attention to detail. View all feedback.
I associate myself and share what I think of others, even to us a almost similar experience and in particular. Indicated the place by friends and some favorable reviews, it decided to spend an evening in this pizzeria to taste the decandate Neapolitan pizzas and their variations. When we arrived at 20.30 and after debited reservation, we chose a table different from the one assigned us and that is under the pergola being among us old people. At the next 20,30, the choice of pizzas and soft drinks had been reached and, as recommended by the young lady who was only ordered to order 3 montanare (paste pancakes with mortadella). The soft drinks (bottle without cap) were immediately arrived, followed by the 3 montana. He was waiting for pizzas. After long and exhausting wait, it had arrived at 21,30 that is almost 1 hour after the 'advent ordination, while, other adventurous arrived after us and in several tables, had already consumed the respective pizzas, it tried to draw the attention of two carabinieri intent to shoot the table at our side, but one of them, with manifest insophagus, he replied saying to wait. (We are still waiting for your attention). At this point, taking advantage of the transit between the tables of the girl to which the ordination had been made, it was noted the long wait and the detail of the other commensali arrived after and finished to consume the gold pizzas. Encamping an incomprehensible management theory, he meant that the wait was devolved to the detail not to validate the order of the 3 pancakes with pizzas. At nothing it served the remonstration that his soliloquius only served to offend the intelligence of the people who were listening to her, this, turning on itself, departed from our table stating that he had other to do. He came back shortly after, saying that the pizzas were coming (what happened after 15 minutes). What to say more, everyone is free to draw their own considerations on what happened. Not within the merit of how the pizzas ordered because the tastes, being personal, are susceptible to different considerations. I can say for one, that of the grandmother, seasoned with mushroom aubergines, the brodetto released on the pizza has made sure that the central pasta had become rubbery and unmangiable but, I repeat, this is a subjective thought that maybe to others can please. Local too chaotic and confusing for our habits but that could go well for a massive clientele accustomed to barracks. We believe it will be very difficult to return.
I write this review to my third experience in this pizzeria. I must say that I did not expect to find such satisfaction, far from Naples, to eat a pizza. I ate the fried and baked and the classic filling in the two previous experiences, both of high level, but with the daisy really was an 'apotheosi : superlative! If you are in the area do not miss this delicacy!
Family dinner in August at this pizzeria, we were in 4. Very high expectations, bitterly disappointed. The reservation was for 21:00, two pizzas (good) arrived at 22:45, two others at 23:10. That's right, we ate separately despite having dinner together. Apparently there was a problem in the management of the oven, the two pizzas had been completely forgotten. When they arrived, they were both a little cruel. The place was overcrowded, the endless waiting times, a waiter had no idea of the tables to bring pizzas, another forgot what customers asked, another said things that then did not occur. Distracted and unprofessional service. We were going to order a pizza at Nutella at the end of the meal, but the waiter who told us that he would pay attention to the times in order to make it arrive not too late forgot it and has volatilized. That's why we left. We will not return and unfortunately I do not recommend it.
The pizza here is always delicious, very light dough and ingredients of excellent quality, I happened ahimè for three times that the oil of fries is “too much” heavy. Too bad! Because even the service is impeccable, I must say that even in situations of overcrowding the boys do their best and kindness never misses!
