One evening I queued for like 30 minutes, my turn arrives together with the other people and in the meantime the queue was getting longer, the gentleman who was serving asks me what can I give you? I tell him the flavors of the croissants and he replies no, the croissants are finished and won't come out anymore! I rightly tell him why you didn't say it before? He replies, I don't know what the customer wants... what do we want from the nutellier? A kg of tomatoes?!!! You don't have croissants, you don't have clips, you don't have anything... how stupid are we who wait in line? Say it first or am I wrong? Since that evening I have changed my handset
