The Habit Burger - Santa Maria

I placed an order over the phone and got delayed in picking it up. When I arrived the manager told me the food was probably cold because it had been sitting out for so long waiting for me to pick it up and that they would be happy to redo it. I told him it wasn’t necessary and it was my fault. He said it wasn’t an issue and he just wanted to make sure I had warm food. So they quickly re-did my order. This gesture alone shows that they care about the quality of their food and our experience. Thank you, The Habit in Santa Maria. You went above and beyond and we appreciate it.

For the price, you can't beat this place for a great meal. The salads are huge with a variety of dressings to choose from. The char burgers are incredibly flavorful, one of the best I've had in recent years. The fries are crispy, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant is clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located right off the freeway on Betteravia Road. Overall, great food at a great price. Enjoy!

Been here 3 times now. First time, fries and a shake. Second time, double char and onion rings. Third time, Santa Barbara style fully loaded, onion rings and a shake. Great food, fast and friendly service.

Always accurate orders, very friendly staff and the prices are reasonable as well. I have read several people talk abut the high price of the burgers but just don't get the add-ons. Adding bacon and avocado to a burger almost doubles the price! Do try their shakes though. They don't use fancy ingredients in them and that makes them taste so much better!

The food at this restaurant is affordable and delicious. The service is consistently fantastic and the atmosphere is awesome. It's no wonder this place has many positive reviews.
