It's always fast and the barista's are always friendly and helpful. I usually always get the Iced Carmel Macchiato Nonfat or the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso which I've come to absolutely LOVE! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The coffee cups are small and the coffee is burnt. I enjoy the Salted Caramel Frappuccino, but Starbucks, there is a Dutch Bros in town. I can only give this restaurant a maximum of 3 stars. View all feedback.

Kai is the worst. If you don't order your drink the way he thinks is correct, he will make sure to correct you, even if you were right. His attitude is majorly off-putting.
I was extremely disappointed by the lack of acknowledgement from the barista towards myself and my daughter. It felt as though she was deliberately avoiding helping us. When we approached the counter around 5:30pm, she was already assisting another customer. The young lady didn't say a word to us, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After finishing the drink and briefly being polite, she returned to washing dishes without saying anything else. After waiting for a while, I decided to leave the convenient location at Albertsons where I had been shopping, hoping to get a hot cocoa, and instead drove across the street to the other Starbucks near Kohl's where I knew the service was always great. I had been hoping to try something new but was disappointed by the lack of customer service at this particular Starbucks. As a hardworking disabled veteran, I was disheartened to be treated dismissively, especially considering the service I had provided for my country. Customer service should always be a top priority in the service industry.

I may consider boycotting the Albertsons Starbucks due to the dismissive staff. As a hardworking, disabled veteran, I am tired of being treated poorly, especially considering my service contributed to maintaining peace.
