What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
$5 for a all milk drink when I asked and paid for 2 extra matcha w the iced latte and wasn’t even given 4 things in a Venti! (Requested 6 matcha) The color wasn’t even green at all and tasted like milk. It’s irritating when certain Starbucks do this even tho I pay for extra. Won’t be going back to this one when I’m in SM often.

This place is only 3 stars because it's only a mediocre business. I know this place very well as a customer or consumer. I've been coming here for over 15 years. Maybe 20. They deserve better merit but I have yet to see it demonstrated by this Starbucks franchisee.

The staff here were cheerful and a attentive. I ordered a hot latte with an extra shot. My friend had Cinnamon Dolce Latte Everything was excellent.
Not easy to get in or out of their parking lot- and the surrounding business is very unfriendly. But they made my coffee quickly despite the crowds pouring through from the hospital.
