Contribute FeedbackOverall, the restaurant received mixed reviews. While some diners enjoyed their meals and praised the attentive service, others were disappointed by the lack of attention from the server and management. Highlights included the perfectly cooked Maine Lobster and delicious Caesar's salad croutons. Most diners noted the friendly and professional service from servers like Quentin. Despite some hiccups with missing sides and a less accommodating staff member, the majority of guests left satisfied with their dining experience and would consider returning. The manager also received positive feedback for saving the day in one particular situation.
Great food, great service! If you haven't been to Red Lobster in awhile, make sure to give it a try.
Felt welcomed. Acknowledged our reservation through Open Table. Sat us right away (we were almost a half hour early). Wait help was pleasant and patient but needed one reminder. The Maine Lobster was cooked perfectly (moist and tender) along with the baked potato . My husband enjoyed the trout, the broccoli a little overcooked. The croutons in the Caesar’s salad was deliciously light, crunchy and tasty. Didn’t care much for the breaded shrimp, but the garlic butter shrimp was tasty. Having a off promo coupon was a bonus.
We were seated fairly quickly. Server was right there and took our order. Food did take a little long but it was so delicious that it was well worth the wait.
I decided to go all five stars because the manager Save the Day. There was a young man in the front of the store who was not very accommodating when we had arrangements made ahead of time but management and wait staff definitely made up the difference therefore highly recommended. What fact we ate there two nights in a row for my golf tournament. We'll go back soon.
The service, drinks, and food took too long to arrive, despite the fact that the restaurant was only half full.
