La Tapatia Bakery - Santa Maria

A colleague of ours brought panduce to the office today. I tried the conchas (round bread with a swirled topping), and they were incredibly light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. I'm not a connoisseur, but I've had conchas before that were much denser. I would definitely come back for more of this sweet bread!

The bread is really enjoyable when it's warm in the morning, especially the conchas (turtle shells). The rest of the bread is decent, but the conchas are definitely their highlight. They also offer tamales, but I found them a bit too salty for my liking.

The bread is quite good. Be sure to try the Bigotes; I'm sure you'll love it in the end!

The pastry are awesome freshly baked All day and into the night till20 I'm in: 00:00hrs.the tamales,tortas burritos, enchiladas are very generous and delicious ?? not to mention easy on the pocket book 6.00$ bubs for my favorite breakfast ?? burritos ham Bacon eggs Papa's patatos! uh-huh mmm yip Yeah I'm getting hungry I guess I better go and get my buns over to one of my favorite breakfast places.hmmm okay cio that's Chow in Italiano means Renee yah.
