Açaí is delicious, I can't deny it. I'm from Luzi and I like to value the city's merchants, but it's difficult in Aloha. I have been a customer for many years, but it seems that it has changed ownership and things have changed. I live 300m away and I no longer order delivery due to the delay. The last orders I made, I asked for pickup. Yesterday I came home without açaí (and it wasn't the first time it happened) so I decided to come here and complain. They do not respect the app's own deadline, a delivery deadline that is stipulated by them. Deadlines are made to be met, a lack of respect for the consumer. The service is TERRIBLE. For now, I won't go back. I definitely gave up. Unfortunate. I spoke to a friend who also has a business here in the neighborhood and she said exactly the same thing. Sometimes I wonder why things here in Santa Luzia aren't moving forward, probably because of the quality of the service/product/service. Goodnight! I would like to make a complaint about the service today at the Boa Esperança unit. But after an hour I placed the order to be consumed on site and so far nothing. I questioned the cashier who, by the way, already provided terrible service when placing the order, leaving the customer practically talking to himself, as she was using the App on her personal cell phone at the time of service. When asked if it would still take a while (after 1 hour), he replied that it would still take a long time, leaving the customer completely dissatisfied.
