The hidden kitchen of Castilla has workers without aprons or caps. They clean themselves either with their pants or with their personal shirt because it is not the same equipment they wear on the street during the day. While preparing the product they eat and put their hands in their mouths and even after that they continue preparing the food. Pedi un domicilio y quede muy decepcionada, la carne es tan delgada que parece una lonja de jamón, no se cómo hacen para que la carne quede tan delgada pero por favor quédense con ese secreto, no le digan a ningún otro restaurante y además de todo venía sin una sola gota de salsa. Yo sé que todo está caro, pero tampoco se pasen de tacaños bajandole la calidad a la hamburguesa así a este paso van a terminar mandando solo pan por 25mil pesos.

Señores que pésimo servicio, más de 1 hora y 20 minutos esperando el domicilio, llegó Frío, sin marcar los pedidos, la presentación no es la que se ve en las fotos, es solo publicidad engañosa. Realmente por $27.000 hubiera pedido una hamburguesa de las que venden en presto que ya se sabe que lo van a tumbar a uno.
Domicilio demorado a pesar que estaba a 2 km de distancia, la comida llegó helada, mala forma de empacar la comida, las fotos son engañosas, se pidieron 5 hamburguesas que sumaron 120k y el tamaño era de 1/4 de big mac que hubiese salido por 50k y eran tamaño especial no eran junior
