What Juan Tupe doesn't like about Flambée Bistró Café:
I recommend being a deputy or ambassador or diplomatic official to be well served. The food is good but does not exactly correspond to the price. The atmosphere is not exactly welcoming although there is an effort to cover up the fact that it is in an educational institution made of exposed brick. Very good place, it is in the French Alliance building. I was there for breakfast. The bakery is excellent, the almond croissant is exquisite, as well as the one with pecans. The eggs Benedict, delicious and accompanied with a very delicious salad. Likewise the eggs in a casserole with rattatuille. At the end, they gave us a courtesy of crème bruleè.
