Had the Chef's Linguini while looking out to sea as the sun came down, and a dolphin was jumping in the water in front of us. Magical! The food was excellent, the staff really friendly, and it was altogether a beautiful experience.

I’ve been visiting Santa Flavian for a couple of day and I’ve been amazed by this restaurant. The place is in front of the sea, with a nice and cozy decoration and design. The atmosphere is romantic and intimate, with big room among the tables. The staff is discreet and very professional. And the food: THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! All the menu is very well assorted with a large choice. The ingredients are all fresh and of very high quality. Of the starter I’ve had: il tortino di pescespada alle melanzane con salsa alle erbe and the pizza fritta. As main I’ve had: fritto misto and gamberi. As dessert: semifreddo alle mandorle with chocolate and crumble. In all dishes all flavours were very well balanced with much respect for the prime materials. Well it has been a real culinary climax, I would love to come again and I do highly recommend the place. A huge thank you to chef Maurizio for such wonderful experience. Xxx
