Al Barilotto - SANTA FIORA

Il Barilotto di Santa Fiora è stato il terzo ristorante del tour di quattro giorni in maremma. Scelto anche questo dalle belle recensioni che confermiamo integralmente. Locale storico, piccolo ma grazioso; abbiamo cenato all’esterno in una bella e ben attrezzata piazzetta. Personale velocissimo gentile e professionale. Le pietanze erano tutte ottime ed abbondanti, dal sapore deciso ma equilibrato. Conto direi più che onesto. In quattro abbiamo preso 3 primi elaborati e due secondi, due contorni di verdure ed un antipasto. Quattro dolci e amaro, quest’ultimo offerto. Il tutto a soli €.100,00!!! Davvero complimenti. Ci siamo permessi di suggerire una rivisitazione del dolce, le ricottine con crema di castagne, buone ma da rimodulare.

Comincio con il dire che leggendo le ultime recensioni ho avuto qualche piccolo dubbio,molti parlavano della scortesia dei ragazzi al ristorante e dei piatti nella normalità..Ma nonostante tutto io quando ci sono molte incertezze prenoto per tastare con mano.. e posso dire che.. Accoglienza ottima i ragazzi sono stati molto cordiali ed affettuosi, preparati sulle nostre domande del menù ed attenti al servizio.. Il cibo è a mio avviso ottimo ovviamente io parlo da turista e non conoscendo i piatti toscani essendo siciliano.. abbiamo preso 2 antipasti toscani e un formaggio miele e limone ottimo servito in modo particolare.. poi due primi deliziosi.. vi allego le foto.. ringrazio i ragazzi per questa esperienza super positiva..

Traveling with 2 children and an athlete it is not easy but the Barilotto make the evening. Even without booking the owner fund i table for us in a quite busy August evening. Even though I had different plans on the menu he forced us...to taste the salumi mix and the mushrooms ... then pici (home made paste) and finally ricotta with chestnut cream .... nothing to say, he was right! And also the price very honest. Great dinner! The children really enjoy the pici .

Fantastic welcome, already from the moment of booking the staff proved courteous and helpful. in two we ate: pici to the barrel and chestnut tortelli, two portions of grilled lamb a nice porcino to the side. a ricotta with chestnut cream for fresh water, wine of the house, coffee and half grappa. 58,00 euro! message for the owner: Can the water make you pay? because I have the impression that it was not put into account. If so, thank you very much! Otherwise, you will consider it the next time we return to finish: we ate very well, in the outside square, enjoying a nice **** even if the day was hot, the staff is very nice, honest prices......contSIGLIO to all
