What User likes about Rancho De Chimayo:
Unbelievable new Mexican cuisine. Historic location and building, with a unique atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, service excellent and always overcrowded. Reservations are highly recommended. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Rancho De Chimayo:
This is a real tourist trap, I wanted to like it but meh. The positives were the jalapeño poppers and the combination picante was good value for the price. read moreRancho de Chimayo offers a historic setting with a unique atmosphere for a dining experience. While the service was top-notch and the ambiance beautiful, the food quality has been inconsistent, with some dishes being described as awful. The restaurant's expansion has not lived up to its previous reputation. Despite the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere, the overall experience may not live up to the expectations set by its history. The price point, service, and atmosphere make it a nice spot for a meal, but the food quality may not always match the accolades.
