Mcdonald's - Santa Fe

This McDonald's in Santa Fe, Texas is the best! The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, and they always get our order right and serve it hot. Great job, Santa Fe Texas McDonald's!

Always an issue with online orders. App orders in the stupid pre-recorded message at every drive through. Nobody's even listening, don't answer it. So don't order a drink with half ice you will fn blow their minds.

Ordered thru drive thru got home order was all wrong had to call 4 times to speak to a person to just be yelled at and called a liar so yeah never going there again have fun with

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was great. The customer service was outstanding. The cashier was friendly and engaged in pleasant conversation, reminiscent of Chick Fil A's exceptional customer service at a McDonald's (which is a high compliment). When I received my meal, I could feel the heat coming from the bag. The fries were hot and fresh, although they could have been a bit crispier. The amount of lettuce on the hot and spicy burger was a little excessive (not necessarily a negative, just an observation). Surprisingly, the cheese on my double cheeseburger was perfectly melted (which is not typical for McDonald's, but this specific location seems to be an exception). I would definitely stop by this restaurant again, as it exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Tammi G. for her great review that convinced us to visit and enjoy this establishment. Well done!
