traditional restaurant overlooking pretty Pous de Lleo beach. We visited for lunch to try their bullit de peix following several recommendations. Service is basic but the food was worth the trip alone View all feedback.

We have known this restaurant for many decades, but we haven’t been here for the past couple of years. It’s the restaurant that had the reputation for the best Bullit de pesh (local fish stew) on the island, so we had great expectations. Unfortunately, the whole experience was underwhelming. We were so impressed the first time we came, we made a booking to come again the next day. We tried their famous Bouillit de piex (please excuse my spelling) which was to die for! Super generous serving of fresh fish with potatoes and stew with rice. Really delicious and fresh! We then tried the fish paella which was super tasty as well. Good portion sizes for two people (minimum for two) while enjoying their ocean view. Really friendly waiters who spoke English. Make sure you call beforehand to make a reservation as they get really busy and full every day. Highly recommend!
Very typical Spanish restaurant. The food was good, but not sure I would pay for that price back at home. A one off is worth trying, however, would not go back due to the price to product. They view is nice, but nothing special. At least its very quiet as its in the middle of no where.

This won't be to everyone's taste, very traditional Spanish place, but the location is great and when we have been there plenty of easy parking and fairly quiet.. The wood stove is a joy to see, food seems to be simple even plain but honest, I had a superb plate of bbq chicken with home made chips, excellent.. enormous quantity so amazing value really.. I found the service brusque, but friendly and they even nicely teased us a bit and threw in a free bottle of water. Would go back here with guests as it is really a authentic no nonsense place. Also has lots of ceiling fans so was very comfortable inside in the heat. Nice walk perhaps after your lunch locally up to a pretty tower on the headland, best to drive up the track not too rough, about a mile away.. Do be careful though especially with kids as there is a difficult to see shear drop below the gentle scree slope on the lookout area below the tower, scared the begeeus out of us..

I just hope this was a one off, as us locals, expect better.
