What sbkava likes about Crudo, México:
Had the Omakase dinner at the small sushi bar that seats 6 people. The chef prepared some really great dishes featuring fish caught in Mexico (Pacific Sea of Cortez). Concept is to use traditional Japanese sushi sashimi dishes as a base and then add Oaxacan ingredients. Included a take on scallops with frozen coconut, 3 different sashimi cuts of Tuna, several nori hand rolls including crab and fresh water eel. Very f... View all feedback.
