Hawai - Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Staff were lovely and not too on top of us. Lots available on the menu including seafood. Himself had steak on a stone, it was very tasty. I had steak tagliatelle and it was beautiful!

Horrendous experience My partner and I decided to have a nice meal with no expense spared.I ordered a paella and my partner a lobster Thermidor.Prior to our mains arriving the waiter was what can only be described as fooling around with our starters, passing it back and forth asking if he could have some. Then when we saw our meals coming out we saw him go up to another table and put our mains under their noses again prating around with the food we ordered.My partner said that it’s food, not a game and he didn’t want to eat it quite rightly after it had been paraded under other peoples noses/faces.He continued to put my paella down.My partner walked out explaining what had happened.To my disgust they still charged for the paella etc that hadn’t even been touched!

Amazing top class service couldn’t do enough best service we have had and fantastic food, great all round experience far exceeded our expectations. Found this place at the end of our holiday wish we had found it earlier

Fantastic food, service, atmosphere. I'm a very fussy eater but there was a good selection of food for me. It was so good we went here several times. Waiter was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and hot. Will be returning when we go on our next holiday. Highly recommend this Restaurant.

The food was very good but the server did not know about gluten in their food. We ordered food that we were pretty sure to be glutenfree and it worked out. If the waiter would know better about the food or to be willing to ask the chef this place would get 5 stars.
