Was the best service I ever had...my wedding have the best food n the people was really polite with everyone..I wan to say thank you to Paulo n hes staff for being so professional, my husband n I are really happy with the outcome of the wedding..we will definitely will do something there again n the future...thank u View all feedback.
We were looking forward a “nice” dinner with great atmosphere. Place and location were nice. Walked in there was no one there. Server had a chip on her shoulder telling where to sit. We were 5 and it threw her off because tables were set for 4 Menu was short but worse was every plate we choose they had ran out. We tried to make the best of it. When we got our bill my mom wanted to treat us, and this was what made us upset, my mom gives the server her Portuguese debit card, she tells us cash only our debit machine is broken. We didn’t have 140€ on us. I went to the ATM and got money. This is wrong, as soon we got there we should’ve been told “Debit machie isn’t working, it’s cash only today’. We would’ve gone to get money right the. And there not when the customer hands you their card. This place will be closed mid winter. Disappointed

Chef Paulo presented fresh mero fish caught that afternoon . Excellent fish dish and good service with local Pico wine.
13/06/2022 fomos almoçar neste lugar depois de um terminar o primeiro dia de um evento local dedicado ao serviço de saúde regional. a refeição foi agradável (buffet) embora não houvesse muita variedade nas escolhas. tinha qualidade vinho tinto e branco . em termos gastronômicos acho que a sobremesa não era um ponto forte. tinha mousse de chocolate com sabor laranja, algo que eu não aprecio muito (Eu prefiro o original). Também é verificado que o quarto é bastante confortável. provavelmente o pior aspecto de todos será a frequência, em que às vezes houve que o colaborador não atendeu ao meu pedido sem jotificação e também chegou ao ponto de ignorar o meu chamado de atenção. houve também algum atraso na elevação dos pratos já odiados. Eu não dou para a comida em si, mas para um hotel eu encontrei melhor e por jotiça só deve ser avaliação razoável.
Bedienung deutlich überfordert.Trotz wenig Gästen wurde Salat vergessen und das Steak dann kalt serviert.Keine Entschuldigung nach Reklamation.Geschmaklich nicht außergewöhnlich,die Soße sehr dünn. Die Beleuchtung des Raumes zu grell.
