Jordan and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable for all major local wines. The ambience was incredibly relaxing. There was live music and food!!! The Flatbread Pizza and Hummus-Dip were from this world. If you've never been, there's no time like the present. This is a jewel in Santa Cruz County. View all feedback.

Probably the worst lunch experience I’ve had in years. I would love to tell you about my salad, the one I paid for, but I never received, so I can’t remark on it. My son said his salad was good. My husband got an ounce of old wine, when the glass of good wine arrived, along with the check, we were able to pay, including paying for a salad I never saw and a plate of bison meatballs that we couldn’t eat because they we... Vinocruz for the absolute WIN! I was often in Vino Cruz to enjoy her huge but wonderfully curated wine menu. But tonight, my husband and I went to Din for the first time, and we were blown away! We were outside and were lucky to get a reservation on a Friday 20 minutes on Open Table. That was great because we left. We arrived near 10 minutes early and were immediately seated by a very friendly and welcoming gentleman. Within 2 minutes our beautiful server Sergio greeted us with menus and waters. I chose the local Martin Ranch Cab, which was delicious and my husband ordered a centr CBD drink (which we both loved was a drinking option). Drinking came from FAST. I ordered ARCHIES ACHIOTE CHICKEN CIABATTA SANDWICH, with an incredibly spicy chicken leg (my fave cut), pickled jalapeños (not shy away they are not sharp), napa Kohl Curtido and most free Zilantro Crema sauce. The chicken was tender, nicely spiced, and each topping had a purpose that increased the whole sandwich. I robbed my husband from a burger lock just because I love it on a sandwich, but it really wasn't necessary. It's a sexy sandwich! My husband ordered the VINO BURGER!!! Are you kidding with the head burger?! This is an explosion of taste. Maybe you think it's just a burger. Oh, no friends. It's like all the best parts of a charcuterie board and a burger came together and had a baby that went on to win a Nobel prize. Beef in itself begins at an upper notch. Then the truffle bride, the perfect amount of real truffle taste. Not this overwhelming fake taste you find so often. Paired with pickled red onions, bacon and rosemary garlic Mayo. I'm gonna dream about this burger. The KINI SCHREIEN FINGERLINGS that come as one side serve as the best backup dancers to these Star dishes. Free without stealing the show. Perfectly cooked, and I wish that more places offered this option as a page. I love her! You know what they're doing! Super attentive service, huge wine selection and the best local beers offered, food that you desire and be sad when you are finished because the experience is made. All this for UNDER $60 before tip! Don't sleep on Vino Cruz!! I know I'm not back.
We went there for Santa Cruz Burger Week and the burger was good, but it's unfortunate that once the meal was served, we were told that there were no more fries, graciously replaced by salad.... A nice place if you don't mind coming back with a fried smell!Food: 3/5
We went for Santa Cruzâs burger week, and had one of their special burgers. Unfortunately, I canât remember the name but it had two kinds of cheeses on it. It was tasty and nicely cooked. My husband had the roasted potatoes with his which she said were excellent. I had a small side salad. The wine selection was very nice and we had an excellent Cabernet. I had the truffles for dessert, which went very well with the Cabernet. We enjoyed ourselves very much.
Overall enjoyable. We had a concern that I wanted to review with the management. They got back to me promptly and were very conscientious. This eatery is on a good trajectory and will no doubt do well!
Thoughtful quality selection of wines and well done small plates. The hamburger is also worth trying- subtle condiments that do not overwhelm. A good place to chill out and spend an afternoon.
