This spot is amazing. Whenever I am in Santa Cruz I drop by to get some tasty verve coffee and pick up some beans. The service was excellent with the staff incredibly helpful! The crowd seems to be a mix of locals and students with ample parking. Definitely recommend. Thanks to baristas that recommended the Elida estate coffee recently. It was tasty!
My favorite verve location! A little less busy than the others, and super friendly service. They also make the best bowl of soul (and they never burn the soy milk, unlike at some other locations). Super cute interior with lots of hanging plants and sunshine. 10/10 would recommend!
Favorite coffee shop in Santa Cruz. This one is located close to the beach. Coffee and pastries are fresh and tasty
Verve got everything right. The cappuccino was exactly the right temperature with a very nice microfoam. No bitterness and not overly milky. Aside from the coffee, the egg and cheese sandwich was also very nice. Verve also has self-serve water and a nice bathroom. These are all nice additions to getting the espresso drinks absolutely perfect. I also overheard that they have a whisky latte.

This is a drink easy to fall in love with, carefully looked after from start to presentation by her mastery of the process. Thank you, Lisa, grace under pressure, about 19 bars of pressure!
