HIGHLY recommend this place for amazing coffee! We got a bag of their coffee to brew at our Airbnb and it was amazing! I also got the Summer Fog drink at their shop and it was the BEST iced London fog I’ve ever had! It’s nice that it has a pretty little garden area next to the outside seating area too! Super slow service with only one person in front of me took forever, and the prices are basically the same as Starbucks. Jesus doesn’t offer discounts I guess. View all feedback.

Shrine Coffee is the BEST idea a church has had (since salvation !!!This was my morning home for the week I spent in Sta Cruz, and the only place I truly miss.The place is beautiful, parking is easy, the food and coffee are insanely good (oh my, the honey lavender latte ? .And the magic of this spot, as always, is the people working here.Anne Marie welcomes you with a genuine presence, and Hunter makes delicious drinks!Always remember to tip ??I wish every church had a shrine like this. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you live or visit town!
I enjoyed my cappuccino and the grounds are a nice place to drink it. Reasonable price, nice staff. There were no pastries or food when I was there, just coffee. A bit hidden from West Cliff drive, but they did have a small sign at edge of parking lot.

We stopped over here for a coffee on our way to Monterey. Nice atmosphere and good coffee!
