this is the best vegan / vegetarian option in Santa Cruz. simple food well made. my personal favorite is her tomatensuppe with a side of garlauchfries. I also recommend her shakes: pick her 'vegan', the coconut whip cream is great! View all feedback.
What Joyce Greenholt doesn't like about Saturn Cafe:
After ordering an $18 veggie burger with a measly portion of fries in an artisanal bun asked for some mayonnaise and been told that it 's an extra $1.5 and I quote you already have some in your burger . Now I know that an artisanal bun sounds great but it isn 't it 's too though and to dry, make the whole burger experience how to say it... Hard to swallow. Service was slow and absent minded, we got burgers but no sau... View all feedback.
It's been too long Saturn Cafe, it's time for an update. There is no parking, not even street parking.
I've been here a few times now and I'm always happy with my food! Last night I tried the Thai chicken burrito and it was so good! I would come back just for
Fantastic find on the way back from the BoardwalkDelicious comfort food, we all enjoyed it. I really recommend the Saturn Sliders.
We were looking for an breakfast place to enjoy both vegans and carnivores. I have used the happy cow app to look for a place with options and saturn cafe. I had a look at the menu on their website and was satisfied with the breakfast options and options. we (the vegan) really enjoyed it as they included several vegan options such as vegan pancakes as well as a vegan breakfast burrito that contained kartoffels and a tofu cube. they made real vegan dishes in contrast to some restaurants that simply remove the things like cheese and then do not replace them with good substitutes. While my burrito had no cheese substitute, it came with a side of guac, homemade salsa and vegan tofu spread, which was a mixture between acidic cream and cream cheese. we also ordered the side of seasonal organic fruits that was fresh and tasty. also the carnivores enjoyed their breakfast! the restaurant itself was sweet and the waiting staff was very friendly and informative. it was a slower morning, but we had our delicious food in no time. while my wife I live in phoenix, my sister and nephew live near and said they would visit again without a doubt and try some of the other menu points to lunch, etc. it was a great fund for our last day in santa cruz!
The best vegan burger (bbq huhn) and the best riders I've ever had! also liked the funky, local feeling of the ortes.
