What User doesn't like about Rosie Mccann's Irish Pub:
It would have been nice to get the window seat we requested. It opened up about 5 minutes after we were seated. Our waitress was not very personable, our food was served to us about 8 minutes after we ordered ....not veryrelaxing. The food was good service and ambiance not so much. View all feedback.
I've been in this place twice now. I am so impressed with their foods and reasonably priced. Definitely going to come back. Speaking of their lounge it's beautiful!
Just looking for somewhere to eat whilst in Santa Crux, but I we found Rosie McCann's Irish Bar and Restaurant. Had a pint of Guinness of course and a plate of fish and chips. Staff were brilliant and food good. Served quickly and plenty of it. Just a note, I unless I missed a lift somewhere it's not accessible to anyone infirm., as there was a steep stairway that would make it difficult to climb. Perhaps the manager would reply.
We were looking for a place to watch the Kentucky Derby and they have a big semiprivate room in the back. There are four big screens and since we were there first, they gave us the remote. They brought appetizers which included bacon wrapped shrimp to die for! We could cheer to our hearts content along with 10 new friends that just showed up. It was a great day at the races.
I’d been here once maybe 20+ years ago and just remembered I loved it back then! It has maintained that and I couldn’t be happier to find it again!! Food did not disappoint and I am stuffed and happy!!
Ok the food is basic pub food, but I still liked it. Main things are great beer and whiskey selection and very nice, energetic, friendly, knowledgeable bartenders. Nice atmosphere and most months, there is celtic music on first and third Thursday, in the newly decorated and very chill lounge in back. Try the Great Speckled Hen beer and the 14 year old Balvenie single malt scotch. The bomb.
