Mcdonald's - Santa Cruz

Awful pee flooded bathroom with a non-working wash basin. I need to pee to order food in peace and eat.so I went. clean bathroom happy customers

That is a busy mcdonald’s with minimal parking space and no drive thru, but the reason for the evaluation was the interactions I observed. they keep the bathroom locked. a gentleman wanted them to throw him in. he appeared hispanic and was dressed in a uniform, looked hot and tired of a long working day. the female appearing manager had difficulty buying a gift card and instead of asking another employee to help him, she held in a minute when I am busy in a curt ton. other workers literally stood up to her, as without the register, there were no commands. Finally, when the man went / came back, as was not lost and gave his necessaryness, another male stepped forward and opened the door. I'm not sure what went on this long day, running, controlling or others, but it was rude and disgusting. mcdonald can make it better.

Great customer service, but the pills poppers and drug users in the night overtake the esbereich management. can't seem to find out how to get rid of them. photo is a crazy job that needed a mental treatment that screamed and screamed in the dining room.

What can i say about McDonald's..1st of all the employees didn't bother to take our order right away..the kiosk was down so we couldn't order that way..finally we get helped after I told one of the employees if they were going to take my order..she did..not nicely tho and when I got my food I had a couple of items missing but we were already on the road heading home in a 2 1/2 hour drive so i was upset to see i didn't receive all of my order..I don't understand how McDonald's can mess up so badly with orders..its not the 1st time it's happened to me..I own a restaurant myself and that's one thing I make sure my employees ALWAYS double checks an order before it goes to the customer..I can never get a decent order where none of my items are missing...so sad

I order from this mcdd's regularly. They used to forget my condiments a lot but recently they've been very good about including it and sometimes they even give me 6 ketchup instead of the max 5. Food always comes in 20mins or less and everything is as I ask for it. I loved the limited edition Guava creme pie they had a couple weeks ago, very tasty. I usually order brekkie, 2 sausage muffies with no cheese no butter and i slather them in butter and strawberry preserves. Yummydummydooo. RIP all day breakfast though ?
