What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
The food was cold and rough. We waited in the car for at least one hour. It was also expensive for fast food. It costs 40$ for two people and we ordered Reg Shakes Pommes and Burger for two people. It was a real goodbye. We were so hungry and after spending $40, our meal was basically unpredictable! View all feedback.
This place smells like it was mopped with dumpster water, and the floors were sticky as soon as they opened. The restroom is for customers only(that's fine) but they make you order first, and then if you don't order enough they say it's broken. That's funny, it wasn't broken 30 seconds ago before I ordered my coffee. I was actually waiting a good amount of time before they opened so that I could order an actual meal but because their place smells like a sour dumpster I'm not going to eat anything from here.
They don’t allow the customers use the restroom Because they said it run out of water We need to wash our hands but they don’t allowed it They don’t even deserve one star but this is the minimum I can input to be able to post this review.
If I could give 0 stars I totally would. I had a DoorDash pickup order for the text message ready to be picked up I arrived at said place 25 to 40 people inside. Lady says who is next I walk up and she was completely rude says the following- you need to wait behind 40 people then I’ll help you kinda attitude never will go back and I am a local can’t believe the disrespect.
The service here is awful… I have been to many J&B’s and the people that work here give ZERO f’s…. It’s a real shame. I waited 20 mins to put my order in for a basic meal, honestly the only reason I would come here is if everything else is closed, otherwise, stay away …
Employees are underpaid. The common workers of burgers deserve to pay more than the cops who do more for the community. Thank you for your service beautiful journey by workers
