Last year, we ordered takeout and didn't like the pansit, although I can't remember the specific type. The burger was also disappointing; the beef was tough and chewy. Sorry about that. However, when we had dinner there last night, we ordered three types of pansit and the sisig, and it was great! We really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back to R Centro.
