Had given 6 stars if I had. I visited today and they had an employee who led the place. He treated two families before me and a whole series of different orders, while he refilled the soft machine machine and never lost his cool. When someone who would visit Rita's often at home in Virginia, I was annoyed by how urgent and unfriendly the service was. I visited this place three times, and two of these times the employees seemed to throw our group out. They looked like they didn't want to be there.
