5 stars for the friendly and attentive staff. The waiters were always willing to help. 4 stars for the ambiance and cleanliness 2 stars for how long it took to get my food. I had to wait 26 minutes for a simple order of a hook burger and sweet potato fries. 1 stars for the food. The burger meat was so dry it started to crumble apart. The buns were stale and cold. I absolutely adore Hook Burger! One of my favorite dishes is the Bistro salad with chicken. The burgers are always hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty. For a change, try swapping the fries for their mouthwatering onion rings - it's a delightful treat!
My group always stops here after a day at Six Flags. This restaurant is amazing. The mushroom burger is consistently delicious. And you must try their root beer!
The customer service at this fast food restaurant is outstanding! The staff is very friendly and attentive. And, the food is delicious! I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings.
Stopped there for a quick lunch and ordered a salad. It was busy and had to wait a bit but my salad was good. The service was good but the table I sat at was dirty.
Very friendly staff, The manager, she was attentive to whatever I needed. Delicious burgers..I highly recommend Hook Burger!
