Parking was super easy. The inside of the store is so pretty and clean! The workers were patient and answered any questions ai had and my order came quickly as well.I ordered their Red Jade MIlk Tea with Tiramisu $6.25) with Boba +0.75) and I absolutely loved it. Especially the Tiramisu part! It tasted like a Tea based chocolate milk kinda? My friend ordered one of their new menu drink, I think it was called Messy Ta... View all feedback.
What Brian A. Becker doesn't like about Tan-cha:
Beautiful shop but they dont allow custom changes to the drinks (e.g. green tea instead of black tea etc. sadly not a cafe ill take groups of people to. Also if you ride a motorcycle dont come here they dont seal drinks so not to-go View all feedback.
My favorite boba place EVER!!! I've been going to Tan-Cha for the past couple of years now and I can confidently say this is my favorite boba spot in SJ. I've tried Tan-Cha by Main St. Cupertino and it's just not as good as this one. My go to drink is the Royal Ceylon Milk Tea w/ Tiramisu Puff Cream (pictured . I love the boba here because it's the perfect consistency and sweetness. The tea has a sweet (but not overly sweet , creamy taste while still strong in tea flavor. Another drink I love from here is the Brulee Green Milk Tea with Oreo. The drink options here are unique yet simple enough to drink everyday (if you want! . Many new boba places try to be unique and create drinks that are way off from what a milk tea or fruit tea should be. It's difficult to find a boba shop that has good drinks, good boba, and a wide selection of drinks to choose from. Plus, the customer service here is great! The workers are very friendly and get the drinks out quick. Definitely check this place out, you won't be disappointed!!
Fast service, nice seating. people love their cheese

Tan Cha offered an okay experience during my visit. The Green Tea Boba drink, while decent, didn't quite match up to the standards set by other boba places, such as Omomo in the 626 area. Additionally, having experienced Rose Tea Lounge in the Bay, I found their offerings to be more impressive. The service and environment at Tan Cha were on par, but they didn't compensate for the lackluster beverage experience. It's a place that falls somewhere in the middle not exceptional but not terrible either. In summary, while Tan Cha might satisfy a boba craving in a pinch, there are definitely better options available both in the 626 area and the Bay. If you find yourself there and in need of a boba fix, it's a passable choice, but don't expect it to leave a lasting impression.
Roasted Oolong Tiramisu is my favorite! Highly recommended!
