They now have 3 self order kiosks on the other side of where they used to take orders and the bench is gone. All the drinks I've tried (probably 7? over the years are great. The strawberry buckwheat tea (uncaffeinated is quality and not the watered down stuff. You can really taste the housemade strawberry jam. ? Their boba is white not to be confused with crystal boba. Great atmosphere and varied selection of boba and non-boba tea. Staff is very helpful. Always a fun visit while at the Valley fair
Extremely unprofessional team. My order was delayed by 30 minutes and they refused to give me any estimated time!
I got the Assam Milk Tea (didn't want to go too crazy on my first trip) and it didn't disappoint. The tea/milk ratio was perfect (especially at 50% sugar), but the show-stopper was the boba! Each boba was perfect, even as time went on and they soaked. I'm not sure how they've done it, but it's amazing. The cherry on top is that you can get a paper rabbit nose to put on your straw for photos!
People working there are rude and the milk bubble tea tastes like water. Could have spent my $7 on a case of water instead, so save yours.
