I was pleasantly surprised to discover delicious food at a mall food court. KoJa is a restaurant that specializes in Asian fusion cuisine. My wife loved her beef KoJa sandwich, which was served on crispy rice rolls with a sweet and spicy sauce. I myself enjoyed a fresh ahi tuna salad. View all feedback.

The restaurant offers a unique menu with a variety of food options, including well-cooked wings. However, I found that the flavors of the dishes we ordered were not to my liking. While the food was well-prepared, it did not stand out as exceptional in terms of taste. View all feedback.

Only issue I had was crispy chicken sandwich came with 2 thin patties which was mostly batter instead of one thick one. The fries were excellent. For the short rib bowl was a bit too fatty but tasted great. ? order took along time and this was the first time the sandwich came this way. 8/10
We tried KoJa for the first time and we absolutely loved it. We decided on a chicken dish, which had a flavorful spicy gochujang sauce as a key ingredient. This sauce was present in most of the dishes and added a nice kick without being too overpowering. We also tried the optional fried egg, which was just okay. The kimchi and greens were a bit too cold for our liking, so we recommend they be served at room temperature for a better experience. Despite this, we are eager to go back and try more dishes at KoJa.
During shopping around the food court, this looked the best! They had an ad for the soy garlic chicken wings and I am slightly influenced by yummy looking pictures: The server was very friendly, and my food came to a reasonable waiting period. The wings were delicious! Flavor was definitely there and wings were well cooked. The reason for the 4-star rating was the portion size a bit small for $9. The wings are not particularly plump, but could just be what I got. Can come back to try some other dishes next time!
