My photos don't do it justice for these beauties, sorry for the low quality I really loved that Mimi perfected each flavor by adjusting the taste profile of each buttercream along with the toppings that they come with. The shell is a good texture as well, much softer (which I prefer actually than other fatcarons I have tried which is probably difficult to do given the amount of cream it has to hold up. I loved each and every flavor, especially the matcha and oreo brownie. It's hard to go wrong with any though! I will be ordering another set of flavors to try for sure :

We ordered some fatcaron for the first time today and they are delicious. The flavors are unique and fun. I was told to wait for them to come to room tempature but we are having a really hard time resisting temptation while they warm up. Maybe some day we'll eat one at room tempurature. Luckily they are also awesome cold. I highly recommend 10/10, would recommend. My son says the are macarons V2.

Pre ordering online experience was easy. 4 Mini Oreo Cheesecake Nutella Haupia Pie for $8, can be 2 large servings or 4 small sample size servings. Love the roasted hazelnut toppings along with the oreo bits to compliment the cream layered pie. Looks heavy but it is actually light enough and not too sweet; just perfect in textures and sweetness. It passed my taste test, I feel confident enough to order a large one next time. Fatcarons for $3.30 each, Fat because it is so big and full, cutely decorated, would make great gifts, they all tasted true to its flavor. Lychee lots of lychee cream, would get this again Coconut coconut shavings on top, coconut cream filled in, just OK Strawberry this was my favorite flavor, very vibrant and moist due to preserve Pistachio it was good but maybe i don't love pistachio as much as I thought I did Almond coated with almond on the shells, liked it a lot

Wow! That was all I could keep saying once I received the Fatcron order I made. These are in a lane of their own and the attention to detail is amazing! The taste of each fatcron is so specific and delicious. It's a treat you can taste each ingredient and how they work so well. These flavors definitely took a lot of thought and time. We just made our second order because we literally ate 10 between the two of us on two day! We could not help ourselves. This baker has an amazing gift and treats I am truly amazed! Wow!
