Dont ever go here. The person that helped me was super rude and refused to accept our custom order of a sweet almond pretzel bites. The pretzel they sold me was super small, stale, and cold. I have been going to Auntie Anne's for years and I have neverbeen so disappointed or turned away for custom orders. Worst customer service ever. View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant's operating hours on Google's page were inaccurate. I suggest they update them. The food tasted just as delicious as always.
They increased the prices on all items and their cheese dip is served cold. You have to remind them to heat up the cheese dip.
It took over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I am shocked at the incompetence of their employees.
