Las Galeras - Santa Barbara de Samana

Great breakfast and friendly owners. They have managed to survive through the slow down during covid and the struggles that it provided. Location is amazing as it is right in the heart of Las Galeras only a short 2 minute walk to the beach area. The King bedroom was very spacious! For breakfast, I would recommend mangú with salami. Everything is freshly made and bought locally...especially the fruits!

Great hotel with attentive owners. Cooked breakfast daily, spacious room with private bathroom. Extremely good location just 20 minutes walk to the beach La Playita (well worth a visit) and a minute from the beach Las Galeras (where boat trips depart, and minibus to Samana. Many restaurants and shopping facilities within 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend.

A great place. The hotel is located in a quiet area near the beach. Mr. Jan and his family are very friendly and helpful. There was no problem with everything. The rooms are large and very clean (daily cleaning). Delicious breakfast and we also drank the best Pina Colada ever. We recommend it to all!

Owner Mr. Jan very helpful. Rooms 9 very large and equipped with kitchen, day room, two balconies, three beds and large bathroom. Swimming pool available and clean. Very good location next beach ~300m, to Rincon beach ~15km. Nearby there are many restaurants (the best and cheapest is in the same street 50m away) and shops. ATMs available about 700m, but large supplements. WiFi available in the room and other places of the hotel and quickly. Rest and security region of the Dominican Republic. Includes breakfast delicious (standard egg, fruit, bread, caffeine, ham and cheese). Everything was perfect!
