I have been going here over the past 20 years. There was a time when I lived down the street and would head in and read a book and grab an iced mocha. Even after years of being out of state. Scott still remembers me. I had already ordered so couldn't test him to see if he'd remember the drink as well. I feel he would have. The second I took a sip a rush of happy memories came back of my time spent here. View all feedback.
What Jasmin R doesn't like about Daily Grind:
Eh, this place is okay. Their black coffee was okay but the sandwich was bland (the local favorite). I think they should revamp this sandwich a bit to give it more flavor. I don't think I would be going back as it was expensive for what I got. View all feedback.
Great place for a quick breakfast, and meeting friend just to pass the time
I absolutely love their Arnold Palmers, Chipotle Chicken with added bacon. Their breakfast burritos are amazing too!
Food is good and healthy.. And outdoor seating great place to relax..
So clearly by now you've figured out I'm a coffee lover. Although I have my usually watering hole, the Daily Grind keeps me going on a Sunday afternoon. You'll find me at Bubbles Beans doing my laundry but when I need a sweet treat the Daily Grind is the place to be. Located on the corner of Mission De La Vina, a few blocks away from the 101 Freeway, the Daily Grind offers a perfect spot for a coffee break, an energizing smoothie or a savory sandwich. My little ritual is to get a double expresso and a double vanilla bean gelato at McConnell's (just down the block) and indulge in an Italian Affogato. The Daily Grind is always buzzing with locals and tourist alike. If you're looking for a spot to read a good book, then the patio is perfect. When it comes to the staff, there on point and the music is always soothing.
Super great place to hang out. Great juice and the Tortilla Soup was fabulous
