The tacos at this restaurant were fantastic - they were crispy and huge, filled with an abundance of meat, cheese, salsa, avocado, and other delicious ingredients. The Mexican rice served alongside was some of the best I've ever had - light, fluffy, and flavorful. It was a truly enjoyable lunch experience. What User doesn't like about Taqueria El Bajio:
Food is really expensive, we paid almost $100 for 4 person. We got some carnitas tacos and daugther and a friend got sick they ate same stuff. Torta was soggy and chicken was awful no flavor, dry. I would not recommend this place for that price you can eat better at CPK , Olive Garden. For half the amount you can get In& Out, Chik fil a, Raising Canes etc. Also if you need to use their bathroom be prepared to be ask... View all feedback.

This restaurant serves the best Mexican food. Located on Milpas Street, it is a hidden gem. They offer a variety of dishes including tacos, gorditas, caldos, and sopes, all made with fresh ingredients and a homemade taste. The food is flavorful and the meat in the tacos is juicy, unlike other taco spots like Lilly's and Super Ricas. They make everything from scratch and to order, making it the real deal.
The food at this restaurant is of excellent quality, fresh, and delicious. The service is fast and efficient. The prices are higher compared to other places on Milpas, but the food is definitely worth it.
This restaurant serves authentic Mexican food, with flour tortillas placed on a bed of warm rice and beans that will remind you of Grandma's cooking. The tacos are ready with a generous amount of toppings, including pico de gallo, carrots, salsa fresca, and jalapeños for those who enjoy a bit of spice. It's a great place to experience the flavors of Mexico.
My family and I are big fans of food! We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of dishes we tried at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and pays attention to detail. They were very accommodating when it came to my son's food allergy, unlike some other restaurants we've visited. If you haven't been here, you must go! Thank you Taqueria El Bajío for making us feel so welcome and for the delicious food! -Our Family
