I'm only giving 4 stars for the young lady who made my coffee. When we walked in she smiled and said welcome. Even though she was very busy. The guy who took my order Tommy. Was rude and not welcoming at all. It's like he hates his job. There are alot of people who don't like or hate there job, but it's not the customers fault. He has very poor customer service stills. OK they won’t let anybody into the restroom. Even if you buy some thing no tables, no chairs no Wi-Fi Rude employees the only Starbucks I have do not like oh and I walked back in after I left and of course they all stopped talking and they’re all on their phones stop treating everybody like their homeless unless then again, homeless people deserve to be treated just like everybody else the employees at the Starbucks... No restroom for customers! They appear to have one for employees, though. Closest restroom is many blocks away. What coffee shop doesn't have a restroom? That's basically torture for coffee drinkers!

Fast service and great location. blocks away from the Santa Barbara pier.
