Food is great the bowls and the platters, great sause selection! Patio is shaded and has heaters. Really appreciated that staff brought out a water dish for our dogs without us even asking. They sell beer and wine too, always a plus. View all feedback.
What Pawel Pocwiardowski doesn't like about Luna Grill:
I ordered family meal for 6 with gyro and family meal for 4 with chicken. Only gyro came which I realized at home with 15 people. The order was for $151. Called the manager, she said she prepared the food herself and there was a chicken there. I saidagain there was no chicken. She said if I want I can come for a chicken and she hang up. That was it. Very disappointing. View all feedback.
Very pleasant atmosphere, beautiful interior, clean. We took a plate of beef, the meat was cooked very tasty, it really tastes like grilled. The menu is small, but there is everything you need. First you make an order at the checkout, they give you anumber and then they bring the finished dish in plastic dishes. Hummus is ordinary, not tastier than store-bought, but the meatis really worth trying
Ate here with my family during a visit to the Bay Area. Heard a lot of this place back home and do recommend coming here for a bite. Food is always at its best quality. Anything with the chicken kabob is always the best choice. Will have to check out the other 4 locations as well.
This place rocks. I love the vegetarian sampler with grape leaves (fresh), falafel ball (super crispy), hummus, orzo salad and pita in combo with a super tasty flavor packed gyro sandwich with fries. It's a flavor bomb with so many tastes and enough for 2 to be stuffed
It was a very good and nostalgic first time experience for me and my wife at Luna Grill. The basmati rice and beef kabob brought back memories of our time in Saudi Arabia, truly satisfying our palate to the hilt. We will certainly be coming back whenever we touch ground in Sta Barbara...
Customer service ruined my entire experience. I walked in super excited to try this place while out of town. When my friend was ordering I was taking pictures of the menu boards behind the register. When I was almost done the lady Mrs Flor, rudly told me to stop taking pictures because it was an invasion of her privacy. Shocked I told her Even for yelp or google!? I was kinda rude because I was really bothered by her attitude and tone. I then told her that I was trying to get the restaurant more business by promoting them on Yelp and that the pictures didn 't include anyones faces. She then immediately changed her attitude and offered me a free appetizer which I did enjoy but it did not change the fact that I was instantly in a bad mood by her customer service. The food was good and I would have given this place 5 stars if I wasn 't treated like a criminal for taking pictures of the place.
