Kfc - Santa Barbara

It was just ok...chicken didn 't taste like KFC 's traditional receipe .. Asked for a sauce beside Mayo, said there wasn 't one??? so a bit dry..

Waited for 40 minutes and still not able to order. People were waiting for 1 hour for the food they had ordered. It was Thanksgiving so I get it, but there was no communication and definitely not enough staffing. The real issue was that orders were also being made online and the delivery guys were also waiting over 30 minutes. A little communication can go a long way. We ordered Chinese food over the phone, drove down the street and got the food to go all in 10 minutes.

This little KFC location was pretty good. Hard working people trying to please the palate of chicken lovers.

Very small place. Service was nice and accommodating, so gave 2 stars just for that. Chicken was overcooked and my 81 yr old MIL couldn't eat it. It was very dark, like old oil was used. They gave us new pieces, which weren't any better. Need key for restroom. No soap or paper towels in there. I let the clerk know, but never did anything. That is really bad when it is the restroom the employee use. Explains the problem with sick customers in other reviews. This was the only KFC I have ever had problems with. Only one employee had his uniform on too. Won't go to this one again.

Idgaf about kfc but I do doordash and this place always makes me fill up the sodas. I'm sanitary compared to the average person but the average door dash driver may or may not be downright gross. They should not be handling drink lids or unsealed sodas with their booger and/or feces covered fingers. And God know what fluids are spewing from their mouthbreathing faceholes. I really can't recommend getting a delivery from this place because of this. Your driver is gross enough, you don't want them touching that darn lid. You KNOW they're gonna touch the bottom of it. They definitely shouldn't touch the straw either so it's good they put that in the bag at least. That's science folks. Don't order here online until they fix this. I will know if they don't and reply to management that it's still happening.
