What User doesn't like about J. Wilkes:
The wine was tasty, but we received extremely poor service. Despite calling ahead and making reservations for a party of 8, it took an hour and a half to complete 4 tastings. We also purchased chocolate tastings, but had to repeatedly remind the staff that we were ready to move on. The wines were brought out in the wrong order and our final pairing was forgotten entirely. We tried some wine flights here and were very impressed. The Late Harvest Viognier and the Bourbon Barrel Cabernet were our favorites. The only disappointment is that they don't ship to Connecticut.
Great wine, knowledgeable staff that are very helpful and friendly. Joined the wine club! Highly recommend.

Great place to stop for a glass or a bottle. wonderful staff.
This winery is located in a fantastic spot and has a very charming atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend it as a perfect spot for appetizers and casual drinks with friends.
