Ca' Dario Santa Barbara

We have dined at Ca Dario many times over the years but not recently. It is as good as we remembered it. We dined early and even then almost a full house. Delicious meal and our server Antonio was outstanding. Ca Dario has a genuine Italian yet local feel.

Excellent service and food! Husband ordered lamb chops and they were delicious and a very generous serving. Also excellent were prosciutto and melon, ravioli and lasagne. Molten chocolate cake one of the best! Picky espresso drinker was even happy!

Dinner reservation at 4:30 no waiters, just busboy working one table besides ours took 15 minutes from our arrival to get our order taken and then another 15 minutes to get the glass of wine. (Even received the wrong Chianti noticed when the bill arrived)

We have been to Ca'Darios many times and we keep returning because of the food quality, taste, ambiance and customer service. Each time we come, each of these are impeccable. I have had many things on the menu but on this occasion, I had the ribeye steak and it was phenomenal. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who desires a great meal and great service.

Yum and yum! The food is off the charts amazing. The chefs are wonderful at customizing a dish and I thanked them. The halibut was very generous and prepared beautifully. The sautéed beets were absolutely delicious! Thank you for a beautiful meal!
