Contribute FeedbackArnoldi's Italian restaurant in Santa Barbara offers a mixed dining experience. While some patrons praise the generous portions and flavorful dishes, others lament the lack of seasoning and dry entrees like chicken Parmesan and beef lasagna. Service has received both commendation for professionalism and criticism for inconsistency, particularly regarding water service. The cozy atmosphere boasts a lovely outdoor patio, although some guests were disappointed by unexpected seating changes. Nevertheless, the restaurant’s nostalgic appeal resonates with long-time visitors, and overall, it remains a beloved spot for those who appreciate quality service and hearty meals. Be sure to arrive early to secure your table!.

This Italian restaurant serves the worst food I've ever had. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and my husband had the beef lasagna, both dishes were dry and lacked enough sauce. It seems like the only people who eat here are old regulars who have nostalgia for the place. The servers were friendly, which is the only positive aspect of our experience.
The food was average, lacking seasoning in every dish. The gnocchi was soft but had very little gorgonzola in the sauce. The service was not terrible, but nothing outstanding. We had to ask multiple times for water and a plate setting for the third person at our table (there were only two sets). Overall, I don't think I will be returning to dine there again.
