Very cozy place for dinner! Inside of the restaurant is beautiful with interesting interior and nice colors. If you want to drink coffee with delicious pastries, then you should come here and try one of the desserts. This restaurant is a good choice, taste of all baking is appropriate! View all feedback.
The outdoor dining area is lovely, offering a selection of traditional Danish pastries and American cuisine. Our meals arrived promptly, and the portion sizes were generous.
The Andersen's Restaurant Bakery is an excellent dining spot. We were lucky to secure a table. You place your order at the counter, and they provide a number for your table. The ordering process was quick and so was the service at our table. The food was outstanding. I tried their renowned quiche, which was far superior to the quiches at typical restaurants. My wife had the French toast, which was also top-notch. She let me have a taste, and it was delicious. I highly recommend The Andersen's Restaurant Bakery.
The restaurant has a stunning appearance! You can choose to sit indoors or outside to soak up the sunshine. It was my first time trying Danish bread and pastries, and I found them to be delightful! If you have a sweet tooth, you definitely need to try the food here!
I have fond memories of my parents bringing me here when I was a little girl growing up in Montecito. Although I no longer live in that beautiful area, I frequently order online for special occasions or just for a delicious taste of home. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful Danish restaurant and bakery. The warm family atmosphere is comforting, and their food and desserts are incredible. Even when shipped, the quality remains top-notch. Thank you, Andersen's, for continuing to be a cherished part of my life all these years!
This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I had breakfast outside. I tried the most incredible crab cake eggs benedict, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. My husband really enjoyed his breakfast croissant sandwich as well. We took a few desserts to go, which were light, flaky, and definitely worth the extra calories. One tip: avoid eating in your car. The layers of the puff pastry tend to shatter and scatter everywhere, much like sand from the beach! With over 300 miles left to drive, we couldn't wait until we got home, which resulted in quite a mess in the car.
