Wendy's - Santa Ana

Previously on McDonald. When they come to Wendy, they are more friendly and my food is hot and fresh.

Burgers always hit here, and drive thru is extremely fast. The only thing I would say is that due to some of the employees that work here it’s a hit or miss with the professionalism. Had some young kid play around on the intercom with some weird ketchup jokes that just makes me wonder if they mess around with the food. I know I know it’s fast food, just doesn’t have to be this way.. other than that the service is remarkably fast here almost too fast..

Best Wendy's in OC. Service is top-tier, maybe even the best I've seen in a fast food joint. Literally got a free frosty just by dining in.

Timeless favorite. The biggie bag price keeps going up but it does everywhere I guess for everything.

Regarding the Frosties, make sure to specifically ask for a mix of vanilla and chocolate, as they only offer them as separate flavors. If you want both, you need to request it. The cashier, a slender woman at the Chapman State College location, was a bit unfriendly. I was speaking to her politely, but she rolled her eyes at me. Additionally, I had a receipt from the night before because there was a hair on my burger, and the manager told me to come back the next day. When I asked when he would be there, she said she couldn’t tell me because it was "personal." Really? Am I just supposed to guess? That was quite rude.
