The Cafe Wps Starbucks - Santa Ana

This is review is solely based on their customer service. Jake and the girls are always friendly and professional. I come here almost every morning and they're always pleasant, so thank you for that. Product wise I would give a three because yes, there is always a shortage of items. Coffee would be a four- its good but not starbucks grade. Food? The cookies are awesome when they're warm and fresh. The other food items are meh.

Oy... They forgot my order and i was standing there waiting the whole time. Saw them making a sandwich that i ordered but it turns out it was for someone else who ordered after me. The food is small to boot, so not really worth it. Don't waste your time here.

This “Café” shouldn’t even have the Starbucks logo attached to it. Every time I order an iced coffee it comes out tasting like just milk and syrup. I have even gone back to have them “fix” it and it taste even worse. I would of gave this place a zero star review, but they do have a few select food items on their menu that are okay. I usually get their breakfast sausage sandwich which is decent and overpriced at $4 and some change, but I don’t mind paying for convenience as this place is in the building I work in. For lunch I have tried their turkey croissant sandwich……which don’t even bother, trust me just don’t. The croissant was good, everything else was frozen. My lettuce and tomato were frozen and had frost from the freezer on them. I guess the turkey was frozen too cause I saw them heat it up to defrost it. No Bueno. The salads are not worth it’s a handful of lettuce thrown together with a little bit of toppings. The only lunch item I get when I forget my lunch is the veggie pizza. I am pretty sure a lot of the people who do order lunch from here know that the only good item is the pizza cause half the time they are out of the pizza crust. If you like thin pizza then it’s the way to go, if you don’t then steer clear of the pizza cause it looks like it is made on a tortilla. The workers are nice, but I am pretty sure they should be wearing gloves and hair nets or hats when preparing food drinks. I am hoping one day we can get a food vendor in our building that has decent coffee and food. For now I am steering clear of this awful place and walking an extra block to the nearest REAL Starbucks!

Wanted to love this place! Always seem to be out of product! Espresso machine is always down. I recently had an incident where they toasted my bagel and it fell on the floor. The employee picked it up and tried to put it in the bag to give to me. I asked for a new bagel but that was the last bagel. So I asked for my money back. I no longer go to this location which is a shame because it's convenient to where I work.

Don't know what to say about this place. My work is close so it is my go to place for lunch. However the services are overall bad with misses often than hits. Things are constantly not available, the credit card reader are not working, etc. Yesterday i ordered a mocha and got a hot chocolate instead. Today there was a make up signs that says they are closed for lunch even tho there were 2 staff present. Not sure if the owner is aware how the business is being run.
