This is review is solely based on their customer service. Jake and the girls are always friendly and professional. I come here almost every morning and they're always pleasant, so thank you for that. Product wise I would give a three because yes, there is always a shortage of items. Coffee would be a four- its good but not starbucks grade. Food? Oy... They forgot my order and i was standing there waiting the whole time. Saw them making a sandwich that i ordered but it turns out it was for someone else who ordered after me. The food is small to boot, so not really worth it. Don't waste your time here. View all feedback.
For lunch, I've tried their turkey croissant sandwich, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. The croissant was passable, but everything else was frozen. The lettuce and tomato were icy and had frost on them, and I saw them heat up the turkey to defrost it. Not good at all. The salads aren’t worth it either; it's just a handful of lettuce with minimal toppings. The only lunch item I ever get when I forget my own is the veggie pizza. I think most people who order lunch here know that the pizza is the only decent option since they often run out of pizza crust. If you like thin pizza, it might be fine, but if you prefer something more substantial, stay away because it looks more like it’s made on a tortilla. The staff are friendly, but I believe they should be using gloves and hair nets or hats when preparing food and drinks. I hope we can get a better food vendor in our building that offers decent coffee and food someday. For now, I’m avoiding this terrible place and walking an extra block to find a proper Starbucks!
Wanted to love this place! Always seem to be out of product! Espresso machine is always down. I recently had an incident where they toasted my bagel and it fell on the floor. The employee picked it up and tried to put it in the bag to give to me. I asked for a new bagel but that was the last bagel. So I asked for my money back. I no longer go to this location which is a shame because it's convenient to where I work.
Don't know what to say about this place. My work is close so it is my go to place for lunch. However the services are overall bad with misses often than hits. Things are constantly not available, the credit card reader are not working, etc. Yesterday i ordered a mocha and got a hot chocolate instead. Today there was a make up signs that says they are closed for lunch even tho there were 2 staff present. Not sure if the owner is aware how the business is being run.
Don't bother ordering through the website because apparently the staff doesn't have access to the online orders and then once you get there to pick up it turns out they can basically only make half the items on the menu and most of the items they can make are coffee
This review focuses entirely on the customer service. Jake and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. I visit almost every morning, and they always create a pleasant atmosphere, so thank you for that. In terms of products, I would rate them a three because they often run out of items. The coffee deserves a four—it's good, but not quite Starbucks level. As for the food, the cookies are fantastic when they're warm and fresh, but the other food items are just average.
